Indoor Cycling Indoor cycling is a high-intensity exercise on a stationary bike to music. It combines cardio and endurance training in a 45-minute calorie-crunching session. Not only is it great for your cardiovascular fitness, but it’s also great at toning your muscles and gaining strength. Indoor cycling will target your quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves and your core. The biggest plus is its low impact on your joints.

Body Balance Ideal for anyone and everyone, Body Balance is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During Body balance an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.

Forever Fit- short tennis Forever Fit classes are designed to help with your strength, balance and improve your general well-being. FIT4LIFE FIT4LIFE is a 30/45-minute small group training circuits-based class either held on the gym floor or in the studio. FIT4LIFE is an inclusive multi-station low impact all-over body workout predominately using body weight, resistance bands and light weights. All exercises given can be adapted to the users ability.
